Results from our HVAC work

Our published case studies come from our HVAC work. We show them here because each one illustrates a piece of marketing management (a plan, a rhythm, a budget discipline) that transfers to other kinds of business.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

These case studies are results from our HVAC work. They are presented here because each one shows a specific management habit in action, and those habits transfer to any owner-led business. Read them as evidence of a method, not as a forecast for your sector.

BCWide.ca: a focused first quarter

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What it shows. A tightly planned first quarter can move numbers quickly when the priorities are few and the work is coordinated. Ninety days is the same window our 90-day marketing plan covers.

What transfers. Pick two or three priorities, give each one a named owner and a deadline, and review weekly. The speed comes from focus, not from spending more.

HVACDeal.ca: return as the headline number

HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What it shows. When a business tracks return on marketing spend, rather than clicks or impressions, budget decisions get easier and better. A ratio like 12:1 is only knowable if spend and revenue are both recorded.

What transfers. Put total spend, customers won and cost per customer on one page every month. That is the core of our marketing scorecard.

HeatLand: a long-running content programme

Over six months, HeatLand recorded a 300% lead increase, supported by a library that grew to 850+ SEO articles.

What it shows. Volume of that kind doesn't happen by accident. It takes a calendar, consistent briefs and someone checking quality and deadlines every week.

What transfers. Any business with a content or social programme needs the same operational backbone: a shared calendar, a brief template and a regular review, as set out under marketing operations.

CombiBoiler.ca: depth in one niche

By staying inside one niche, CombiBoiler.ca built 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords, 300+ monthly leads and a 300% ROI.

What it shows. Owning one clearly defined niche can outperform spreading effort across everything a business sells.

What transfers. When planning, choose the service line or customer segment with the strongest margin and the clearest demand, and concentrate there before widening out. This is one of the first questions a fractional CMO asks.

Roma Heating & Cooling: compounding over a year

Roma Heating & Cooling saw 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.

What it shows. Some channels, especially search, build value slowly and then compound. They need a manager who will protect them through the quiet early months.

What transfers. Balance quick-return channels with slower ones in your budget, and judge each on the right timescale. Cutting a compounding channel at month three is a common and costly mistake.

What these results do not show

To be clear about the limits:

  • They are HVAC results. We don't claim them for plumbing, retail, professional services or any other sector.
  • They are individual outcomes, not averages, and not a promise.
  • They reflect work over specific periods, with specific budgets and markets.

What they do show is that the same management habits (focus, rhythm, honest measurement and patience where it is warranted) produced strong results repeatedly. The complete list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page.

How to read a case study critically

Whenever you look at marketing case studies, ours included, ask four questions:

  1. Over what period? A result over 90 days means something different from one over a year.
  2. Compared with what? Growth from a low starting point is easier than growth from a high one.
  3. What was measured? Traffic, leads and return on spend are different things.
  4. Can I check it? Each client above is linked so you can visit the live site yourself.

How we would measure your results

Before any engagement starts, we agree with you:

  1. a baseline from your existing numbers, even rough ones
  2. one or two outcome targets for the quarter
  3. the measures that will appear on your monthly scorecard

That way you judge us against your own business, not against someone else's case study. To discuss what that might look like, see pricing or get in touch.

Frequently asked questions

Why are all the case studies from HVAC companies?

Because that is where Ali Sedighi has done much of his published work, including 150+ live HVAC websites. We present them honestly as results from our HVAC work, not as results in your sector.

Can you promise similar results for my business?

No. Nobody honest can promise marketing results. What we can show is a consistent method and the outcomes it produced elsewhere, and we agree measurable targets with you at the start.

Where can I see more case studies?

The full set is published on HVAC.Agency's case studies page. Each one links to the live client website so you can check it yourself.
