The quickest way to start is a call, text or email to (604) 632-4959 or Ali@Sedighi.ca. Messages are picked up during Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day, and the first 30-minute consultation is free and comes with no obligation.

How to reach us
- Call: (604) 632-4959, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific.
- Text: the same number. A short text is enough; we take it from there.
- Email: Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best when you want to share figures, a current marketing report or an agency proposal.
We work with businesses in every province and territory, in person or by video call, phone, text and email. If you are in Atlantic Canada or the Prairies, mention your time zone so we can schedule sensibly.
What to include in your first message
A short message with a few facts makes the first conversation far more useful. You don't need exact numbers; ranges are fine.
- Your business. What you sell, to whom, and how many locations.
- Where you operate. Your province or the regions you serve.
- Current marketing spend. Rough monthly or annual total, including fees.
- Who does the work. In-house staff, freelancers, agencies, or you.
- The main frustration. One or two sentences on what isn't working.
- Your goal. What you would like to be true in a year.
A template you can copy
Hi, I run [Business name], a [type of business] in [City, Province]. We spend roughly [$ amount] a month on marketing, handled by [who]. My main problem is [one sentence]. I'd like to talk about whether a fractional CMO makes sense. You can reach me [days and times, time zone].
What happens next
The process after your first message is simple.
- We reply, usually within one business day, to arrange the free 30-minute consultation.
- The consultation. We ask about your numbers, team, vendors and goals. You ask whatever you like. If a fractional CMO isn't the right fit, we will tell you and suggest what might be.
- A written proposal. If it makes sense to continue, you receive a proposal setting out scope, the engagement model, price and terms. Common starting points are the 90-day marketing plan or ongoing fractional CMO leadership.
- Kick-off. Once you approve, we arrange access to your accounts and data and start the first two weeks of discovery.
Preparing for the consultation
If you have ten minutes before the call, gather these. They make the conversation sharper:
- last year's total marketing spend, broken down roughly by channel or vendor
- an estimate of new customers won last year
- the average value of a new customer to your business
- a list of who holds the logins for your website, ads, analytics and social accounts
If you can't find some of these, that is useful information. It often shows exactly where marketing operations work should begin.
Questions you might want to ask us
The first consultation goes both ways. Owners often find these questions useful:
- What would you look at first in a business like mine?
- What would a realistic first 90 days look like, and what would you need from us?
- How do you work with an agency or coordinator we already have?
- What would make you say this isn't a good fit?
- How will we know, by the end of the first quarter, whether it was worth it?
Good answers should be specific and honest about limits. If you want to prepare further, our guide to the first 90 days with a fractional CMO explains what a strong first quarter looks like.

Frequently asked questions
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free, with no obligation. It is a working conversation about your marketing, not a sales presentation.
Should I call, text or email?
Whatever suits you. A call is quickest for a first conversation; email works best if you want to send numbers or documents; a text is fine for asking us to call you back at a convenient time.
What if I'm outside Pacific time?
We work with businesses across Canada. Tell us your time zone and preferred times, and we will arrange the call within our hours.
Will I talk to a salesperson first?
No. You will talk to a senior strategist. Ali Sedighi leads every engagement.
